The IELTS Partners would like to invite you to our annual IELTS Update Seminar for medical bodies in May 2007. This seminar is designed to support UK medical bodies in setting minimum IELTS band score requirements and providing a general update on IELTS.

More than 700,000 people a year are now using IELTS to open doors throughout the English-speaking world and beyond. IELTS has been proven as a reliable benchmark for English language proficiency over several years and we continue with our research and innovation to ensure that the test remains fit for purpose.
This year¡¯s seminar will:
give UK medical bodies an update on new initiatives and the impact of IELTS policy changes analyse what makes IELTS the first choice test for medical bodies and candidates worldwide help organisations understand how to set IELTS band score requirements and introduce a supporting tool respond to participants¡¯ questions and feedback. This seminar is designed to be useful for officials from medical bodies responsible for recruiting overseas healthcare staff and/or setting IELTS score requirements.
